Summer is almost coming to an end, although the peaches and raspberries are still in season and so delicious right now!! The dressing really makes this salad, so make sure not to skip that part!!

*Use one serving and reserve the rest in the fridge for later use*
1/3 cup of olive oil
3 tablespoons of white balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Grill 1-2 peaches, I drizzled some balsamic glaze on them while grilling.
a handful of raspberries
some diced onion
Put everything together and drizzle dressing on top, serve immediately.
