What’s for Dinner Wednesday?
Weeknight dinners can be tough. Between work & kid’s schedules, it can be hard to find time to plan an easy and healthy weeknight dinner. If you take time out on Saturday or Sunday and create a menu for the upcoming week it makes life much easier. Plus, you are more likely to create healthy meals when they are planned and you have all the ingredients on hand!
Make this easy & healthy dinner tonight!
Paleo Chicken Legs *these are amazing*
- Pack of chicken legs (I like Trader Joe’s organic, free range)
- Olive oil or coconut oil
- Cayenne pepper
- Garlic powder
Preheat oven to 400. Lay chicken legs out on a cookie sheet, make sure that they are not touching each other. Coat each leg with olive or coconut oil. Add salt first and then add remaining spices, flip chicken and salt and spice the other side. Spice to your liking, make sure that they are well coated!
Bake on 400 degrees for 30 minutes, flip chicken and bake for another 30 minutes.
