Vegan Overnight Oats

It is so important to eat a healthy breakfast, we all know that, right?? Although, if your morning looks anything like mine, getting time to actually prepare a wholesome breakfast is near impossible. This is one of my favorite recipes. I make this at nighttime while I am cleaning up from dinner, put it in the fridge to sit overnight, and by the morning I have a healthy breakfast waiting for me! There are a lot of overnight oats recipes floating around pinterest, and I have tried most of them! This one is plain and simple and my personal favorite.

Overnight Oats

1/2 cup of Rolled Oats

1 cup of Almond Milk

1 teaspoon of chia seeds

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 teaspoon of pure maple syrup


Add all ingredients to a mason jar, shake well and put in the fridge overnight. In the morning top with slivered almonds or fresh fruit of your choice.
