This spring/summer inspired meal is perfect for nice night! Pair with brown rice, cilantro lime rice or a pineapple rice.
Chicken and Raw Shrimp (amount based on your family size)
Trader Joe’s Sweet Chili Sauce
Lime (1 large)
Mix 1/2 cup of sweet chili sauce with the juice of 1 lime and a little fresh cilantro. Mix well. Pour over chicken cubes and shrimp. Let sit for about 3o minutes.
Prepare kabobs: Add shrimp, onion, whole mushrooms, sweet pepper slices, fresh pineapple chunks and chicken to kabobs. Grill until cooked. Enjoy! Serve over rice if desired.
