Park Time Workouts


Hi Moms!  The weather is finally nice this Spring, get outside to the parks with your little ones.  While  you are there, don’t just sit on the bench, grass or stand around WORKOUT!

Choose an exercise from each category below and do 10 reps of each, then 9 reps, then 8 reps all the way down to 1 rep.  Race a friend to the end, time yourself, just get it done.  Share with us on Social Media using #BTBparkworkouts when you do, we want to know when all the busy, active moms in action.




  • Jumping Jacks
  • High Knees
  • Squat Thrusts


  • Squat Jumps
  • Walking Lunges
  • Skier hops (both legs together)


  • Mountain Climbers
  • Push Ups
  • Plank Jacks


  • Reverse Crunches
  • Plank hip twist
  • Bicycles

  • 10 Jumping jacks
  • 10 Squat jumps
  • 10 Plank Jacks
  • 10 Bicycles
    • 9 Jumping jacks
    • 9 Squat jumps
    • 9 Plank Jacks
    • 9 Bicycles
      • 8 Jumping jacks
      • 8 Squat jumps
      • 8 Plank Jacks
      • 8 Bicycles

Work your way all the way down to 1 rep of each exercise.

Pick 4 more exercises and do it again!
