MMHM: Monkey Bowl Breakfast: Kid & Adult Friendly

Admittedly, I am not a breakfast person. I know how important breakfast is, so I eat it, although I could easily go without. Two of my children LOVE breakfast and two of them are just not breakfast kids. I always try to find some new fun ideas to appeal to both myself and my non-breakfast loving kids. This is easy, healthy and has a fun name to help appeal to those kids that don’t like traditional breakfast foods. Really, this can be eaten for any meal or snack! Enjoy 🙂 Jenn


Monkey Bowl Ingredients:

1/2 diced banana

5-6 sliced strawberries

a handful of blueberries

Shredded coconut (unsweetened)

Nuts of choice (I added slivered almonds)

1 tablespoon of almond butter drizzled over fruit and nut mixture.

*Optional: top with chia seeds*
