This week’s #MMHM is to remember to make time for yourself. Moms are always busy and on the go, typically making sure that their family is where they need to be and taken care of. Don’t forget to take care of yourself as well. Whether it is a kid free workout class, treating yourself to a mani/pedi, dinner with friends or a date night out, make sure to schedule time for just you! One of my favorite things to do is to get up before anyone else is awake, exercise and then drink my coffee in silence! It gives me that small amount of quiet time and makes me a happier mom for the rest of the day.
