Fitness Friday: Skinny Cranberry Apple Holiday Sangria

Getting ready for a few weeks of holiday celebrations?? It seems as though every weekend is packed this time of year. Holiday parties typically include lots of yummy food & drinks, while everything in moderation is fine, it is good to have a healthier cocktail recipe. This is a good sangria to serve at your next holiday party.

Cranberry Apple Holiday Sangria

1 apple

1/2 cup fresh cranberries

1 sprig of rosemary

12 oz of sparkling water or club soda

12 oz of cranberry juice

1 bottle of white wine

Cut apple, add other ingredients. Let sit for a few hours before serving or overnight.
