BTB: When did you start doing BTB? Favorite part?
KG: The burpees, of course! Ha ha…. I started BTB in January 2014, just over a year after Delaney was born. It was time to get back into working out for me and I kept seeing posts about it on Facebook so I figured I’d give it a shot and I’m so happy I did! My favorite part is the friends I’ve made and the comfort in seeing those friendly faces when I come to work out:) All thanks to, Abbie!!!
